Up to week five of C25K. I'm not gaining weight but I'm not losing it either. If it wasn't for the clothes starting to fit a loser I probably would have thrown in the towel by now and dug into a bag of Lays! Increasing my work outs though and living on chicken and rice for the next few days in hopes of breaking though this forever lasting plateau!
