I have been on vacation in Las Vegas. I ate what I wanted but not as much as I wanted. Tried to be mindful and even used the hotel gym once. There was a lot of walking on this vacation. While I didn't win $, I did win at keeping eating in line. Now back to tracking, measuring, planning and staying focused.
