Slipped a little this week. Especially yesterday. Super Bowl Sunday. I knew I would eat poorly, but now I am back on track. I didn't loose weight this week.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
