I survived the weekend, barely. Looks like everyone had some weekend struggles. I did not watch the Superbowl so I had no over eating on Sunday. My issue was Saturday, Woke up at weighing 212.5 and went to bed weighing in at 221!!! Had dinner with family at a place that not only gives huge portions, but provides soup and salad with dinner. I should have stopped there. I'll have to work my way back down to the 212.5. Keep your heads and spirits up.
