Took a break from logging my food. Struggling with burn out but glad to know my habits are good. I know that I do better when I keep track of everything I put in my mouth. Getting back on track.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
