Losin25's Journal, 06 February 2012

I have to say that fitting into those size 6 jeans really did the trick to motivate me for these last 5 pounds. I think these are the hardest 5 pounds I've ever tried to lose.

This morning, Noah (my 16 year old son) and I woke up at 5 a.m. so that we could get to the 6 a.m. hot yoga class. Wow! That was early. I did have to contend a little bit with the grumpy teenager, but he was in such great spirits after class. He was even looking forward to doing it again tomorrow morning. I have to say that I do feel fabulous. Morning hot yoga may be the trick to having a great day. And amazingly enough, today was my first time getting through an entire Power class without having to rest. I did Power over the weekend both Sat & Sun and my abs are SO sore I can barely breathe. And we did two ab workouts this morning. YIKES! Well, I can feel my tummy getting tighter. :-)

My challenge now will be figuring out how to fit my running and swimming into my schedule. I really like exercising at night right before bed time, but my gym is only convenient to work not to home and the gym is a mad house in the evenings. They even bring out people to direct traffic. UGH! I gotta figure this out. Maybe during lunch time?
