Wow! I made it through Super Bowl Sunday with all my favorite junk foods and I still stayed within my recommended calorie count. I combined breakfast & lunch in a healthy tofu omelet and made some snack substitutions that stretched my game day favorites pretty far. I already love Morningstar's Buffalo nuggets and I used Daia "cheese" on my baked potato skins. I limited myself to a smaller portion of Doritos, but I was already full so it wasn't a sacrifice. When I stepped on the scale this morning and hadn't gained a single pound I was psyched to start another week.
Now it's time to find ways to add more exercise into the mix. 3 weeks until I head to Florida and I want my favorite pair of shorts to fit.
