I have finished days 3 and 4. With food around me the entire weekend, and not to mention Superbowl parties (and we all know what kind of food we can find there), I stayed within my calorie count and feel really good. I have started a challenge with a coworker to see who can lose (or come the closest to losing) ten pounds by next month. The winner gets to take their spouse out to see a movie. I am EXTREMELY competitive and I want to come out on top! And I mean that in the sense that I want to be successful in losing the weight this month. I am going to set little goals, and once those are met, I will set other goals, and my goal for this month is to fit into a uniform that I have not been able to wear in nearly 14 months as I was expecting by beautiful daughter. If I continue to strive for my 10 pounds loss for this month, I believe I will be able to get into that uniform!!!! I am ready to bring on day 5!! Have a great day everyone!
