i'm back!
haven't logged in for almost a year,a lot can change in a year!
well I got off track and now i'm fatter than i've ever been and it's a shame to go back and read my old entries and realize how I let myself lose all that progress
well, let's hope I do a better job this time
will be weighing in soon
