Monday...I made a Chicken stew/soup yesterday to help with my weight loss. I included veggies that are good for the blood type "a" diet. I wasn't able to have any yet. A quick taste while cooking and it tastes great and smells wonderful. I cannot wait to have it for luch or supper tonight. I'm not sure if I will get any exercise in today, but hopefully soon. Tomorrow night there is a class at Goodlife. Depending on my mood, hopefully I can make the class.
I have a Dr's appointment as well as a counselling appointment today. I can't wait to express my feelings to my counsellor.
