Today Is the day I decided to start a food journal, hope it lasts and I remember to update everyday

Diet Calendar Entries for 06 February 2012:
1210 kcal Fat: 43.15g | Prot: 59.06g | Carb: 151.73g.   Breakfast: Chocolate Milk (Reduced Fat), strawberries, strawberries, lemon juice. Lunch: blackberries, mayonnaise regular , Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed), mineral water regular, Deli Sliced Beef Luncheon Meat, white toast bread. Dinner: Curry Chicken over Basmati Rice, Cafe Menu Irish Cream Latte. Snacks/Other: Granny Smith Apples. more...
