Today Is the day I decided to start a food journal, hope it lasts and I remember to update everyday

Diet Calendar Entries for 06 February 2012:
1210 kcal Fat: 43.15g | Prot: 59.06g | Carb: 151.73g.   Breakfast: lemon juice, strawberries, strawberries, Chocolate Milk (Reduced Fat). Lunch: mayonnaise regular , Deli Sliced Beef Luncheon Meat, blackberries, mineral water regular, white toast bread, Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed). Dinner: Curry Chicken over Basmati Rice, Cafe Menu Irish Cream Latte. Snacks/Other: Granny Smith Apples. more...
