Super Bowl Sunday comes to a peaceful end; went to a poker tournament today, refrained from ANYTHING that wasn't on my accepted foods list, kept my carbs under 20, and my cals under 1800. Good day!!! Tracked everything i ate; its getting a lot easier to do, as i am on week 3 of tracking. Almost automatic now!! Weight down to 142.2 this morning, so i am a happy camper!!
