:( Have bad food cravings.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.3 lb a week


Comments 
I find junk food keeps you in a constant mode of craving. Go for protein, it'll probably help you. If you must give in, take in healthier foods.
