May 5/17 Had my bday this week. Ate cake & ice cream & went out for dinner. Also had knee repair surgery yesterday where they found I was very low on oxygen after the operation. Have come home with oxygen 24/7 & will have to have it investigated to see what the problem is, as I don't present with any respiratory criteria.
This may be the push I need to take control of my weight & with the oxygen maybe I will have the energy to start some exercising (walking).
My knee is bandaged with pads over the stitches, so a little of this added weight will be from that.........but not very much.
