I've really let myself go and I couldn't figure out why. Although I didn't gain, I know I got fatter due to muscle atrophy. I don't fit into clothes as nicely as before so that was a big indicator.

Well, I moved up the wedding date to Aug. 3 and booked a venue. So, this is really happening!! I want to look my best on my wedding day. Future hubby enlisted the help of a personal trainer friend of his to get in shape. Seeing him motivated gets me motivated.

Change requires change.
