Wow! It's depressing watching my timeline how my weight increased dramatically. Now that I have some time to exercise, I also need to eat healthier. For now my goal is 150 lbs. (small steps...kinda).
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
