Praise the Lord for his help to me. Almost 100 lbs lost, from March a year ago. Still trying to get numbers right and eat more protein. Can't find a good tasting protein mix to supplement​ my meal. Eating extra food to stop losing weight has triggered increase in appetite. I stay hungry. Still looking forward to Summer work break to get outdoor activities going. If busy, mind not consumed with wanting to eat. Plus, I need to exercise and lose extra fat (build muscle). I still keep up with logging food. Success to all!
