Thank you everyone!!! I know my scale weight doesn't change much but I am working to build muscle. Since I started on FAT secret my basal metabolic rate has gone from 1483 to over 1901. Not bad for someone that is 55! Gaining muscle while losing fat doesn't really show up on the scale but it makes a huge difference in body composition.
