I finally got to and passed my Goal Weight! Now I'm going to try for 160 after the hard part will be maintaining the weight so its always going to be a challenge but I take it 1 day at a time.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
