i was not keeping track of my calories gave up for a while and stop exercising much too as i was so busy w/ the semester of my piano study. bad results. got on the scale and wow gain back every thing i worked so hard to lose. golly i guess its no surprise. discouraged but i need to get back on track and today i started. went for an hour walk at a local park which in cluded some steep hills,. was not sure i had the energy to make it but no choice lol i had to . i sat down for about a minute and briefly stopped on the final uphill climb as it was really tough for me. there were ppl running up the hill past me obviously they were in great shape. that hill has always been really hard for me. and today it was really bitch. i whispered to myself you can do it! and so i did. it was a beautiful day and inspired me to walk. so glad i did. soon it will be oppressively hot and i can't handle the heat much at all. will have to go to the gym. much nicer to walk out side. to my view any way. oh well. will try to take every opportunity to walk out side more frequently from now. on. its very spiritually rewarding. i feel much better after i do that. less depressed.
