TOM, CDTNPM... I'm hoping for a bigger loss next week. Update on headaches and fatigue: the topiramate is definitely keeping the migraines from cycling and preventing many but not all. Had one yesterday and one really wants to come through today (weather). The CPAP machine is helping with the fatigue! I am feeling much better. They tell me it will take some time to fully recover, which is frustrating, but I'm happy to feel awake all day.

I'm currently taking myself off of Topamax due to the side effects. It's been horrible! I hope it's working for you with little to none!

Unfortunately, I have so much going on with me right now, I don't think I would recognize a side effect unless it was something drastic like a seizure or a heart attack. (...even that's debatable.) ;)
