Back to my Sunday weigh in and I've hit goal, again. I still have that annoying belly fat that we all have to work extra hard to get rid of during the last stage of a weight loss journey. Mine consists of what is known as a mom pouch and love handles, and I'm aware that if I want them gone I must first close my abdominal separation (diastasis recti). I had been doing a program designed to do just that and my 3-finger separation has been reduced to a 1-finger separation. From what I understand, most people bring it back to 0.5-1 finger gap. I'm going to work on it for a few more weeks to see if I can close it a little more before I transition into a more strenuous exercise routine. I know that to be rid of this pooch and the handles that accompany it, that I must do lots and lots of cardio. It's likely that I'll kick that off with my 30-day shred video. Who knows, maybe this time next year I can wear jeans that will fit proper.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
