109 days to go!
Ooh dear! Disaster!
The car broke down. Whilst waiting for the RAC I had a McDonald's. I suppose at least it was only a cheeseburger, rather than the Big Mac, fries, cola and mcflurry I would have had before. Then I had a mino pork pie. ( but only one, not half the packet) when I got home.

I had planned to have some peanuts and a can of cider watching the boxing on to. I'd looked forward to it fir weeks, but found I could only drink half the cider, then I didn't want anymore!
So I'm definitely still work in progress, but glad I didn't overeat as I would have done before starting this journey, so I must be learning something!!
Gonna have a hot bath for my joints as soon as someone else is up(to pull me out of the tub😊)
Then get going and try and use the exercise bike/do some walking today..taken prophylactic painkillers already 😁

Oopsie! Just finished my food diary for yesterday evening.. 77g carbs and 1444 Cals.. by far my biggest intake in over a month. Let's hope it confuses my metabolism and I can get the scales going down again. Seriously.. 4 mouthfuls of food.. 2 handfuls of peanuts( just weighed one), one cheeseburger, a tiny pork pie and half a can of cider.. god knows how much calories and carbs I used to stuff my face with before this journey.. quite a sobering thought😲

Congratulations on your discipline ! <3 If I were to go into a McDonald's, I would probably have the super-sized Double Quarter-Pounder with Cheese meal, and the McFlurry ! :D <3 <3 <3

It's always a learning curve! LOL and breaking old habits is the BEST feeling! Good Job!

Next time stuck at McD's think about ordering WITHOUT the bun though! Then you lose the guilt! LOL 😂 in the States they'll serve it to you in a clamshell on a bed of lettuce with a knife and fork. 😉

Thanks smprowett, that would have been the sensible non greedy option 😁 The OH got it for me. Sooner or later I'm gonna have to tell him I'm restricting my carbs/trying to lose weight. But I've tried and failed so many times before that I'm not ready fir that yet .
