Well, last week (Apr 17-24) was certainly exciting. I spent the entire week in the hospital. Gallstones had blocked my common bile duct and caused an infection in my liver. On Tuesday they did an ERCP and cleared the blockage and let the infection drain into my intestines while administering large amounts of IV antibiotics. They waited for the infection to clear until Thursday night when they removed my gallbladder. I got home Monday night and have been working to maintain the drop in weight, and waiting for the go ahead to start exercising again.
