Ideal Weight's Journal, 29 April 2017

Nice number! Maybe I didn't do as bad as I thought on the two days I went over?

The first day, I had a large breakfast as it was my ten year anniversary at work. I always struggle when I don't know exactly what is in what I'm eating. And I'm getting better at eyeballing portion sizes, but I'm still not accurate there.

It's only in the 30's with the wind chill here, so I'm huddled in the corner at Starbucks keeping warm with a cup of coffee. :)

236.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 61.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No way! I have to have half & half in my coffee. But I do limit myself to one 24 oz a day, with just a splash of cream. I could seriously drink coffee all day. :) Thanks for the Support Ed.

That's cool Angie. A little cream is OK. Some people have so much sugar and cream with their coffee it turns into a meal. I always have mine black and yes, i really enjoy a good cup of coffee!!
