I honestly could not believe my eyes this morning! I had been feeling confident this week, doing well with my woe, pushing myself during my workouts, and in general feeling lean. Then yesterday I started Shark Week, lol. I really didn't know what to expect today. Hopefully next week I can continue in this downward trend and stop going back and forth for a little bit. 0.2 pounds away from my next mini goal! 😍
185.2 lb Lost so far: 114.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm very proud of you. A note to file away, when you push your workouts and feel leaner, but hit the scale and it doesn't move or has a slight up swing don't let that discourage you. It's just added muscle, and that will aid in fat loss.

You are a ROCK STAR - never forget it. Have you had your bodyfat percent done by a trainer or someone who really knows how to do it? THAT will be a great way to see your true progress.

Brilliant loss, well done! It's extra special when it's a surprise like that! I wish I could have a loss like that myself to kick start me again...but in all fairness, I've nothing like earned it lol!
