Gave in to smoking again. Someday I'll get over it. Thanks for the support.

I truly feel for you....I quit smoking many years ago and it still crosses my mind to smoke. It is so damn hard. One of the things that stops me from smoking again is the cost. I'm a cheapo and just won't pay that much. Right now I try to think about the vacation I'm saving for....hang in there!

Nicotine is horribly addictive, good for you for not giving up, you can beat it.

Good luck Misty...no shame in the smoking restart and kudos for dusting yourself off and trying to quit again. It's a terribly hard thing to do but very rewarding in the end.

Think of the positives and how many you didn't smoke while you were stopped. You'll stop again - best of luck!

I too have struggled with cigarettes - I have kicked those in 2015, but now am slave to cigars....I will kick it all one day too!!

I'm with Rckc I quit many years ago. The smell on people even gives me migraines now, but I would cringe over having to pay that much to make myself not be able to breathe clearly and cough all the time again and have my clothes smell. 🤢(just enumerating all the reasons you can give yourself as you are taking that walk around the block when you want a smoke, or putting the money in a jar for a new wardrobe, or a vacation, or? Or drinking a cup of tea that has a distinctive flavor...anything that will fill the gap! 😁)We are all pulling for you! 😉
