Try to get your fiber up. I keep mine around 35-45 grams.

How can you tell that I need to increase my fiber intake? I don't track fiber because I eat so many veggies and don't have any bathroom issues...

When you log "Net" carbs, there is a fiber column that will track the rest of the carbs - which is the fiber.

John, I record my fiber and sodium. It just appears based on what you've listed the fiber is a wee bit light. Extra fiber helps remove even move fat before it it metabolized. I could be wrong. Record for a few days and see what you come up with. Regardless, you are doing great.

@Adamevegod and HCB, I have tried to change my settings to show my fiber and sodium numbers. Each time I try to make changes I receive an error message stating my email format is incorrect and denies me the opportunity to make any changes. I receive emails from Fatseecret so I know that is not the case. Adamevegod, I still don't know how you determined I'm not getting enough fiber. FS is not displaying my fiber numbers...

It comes from me carefully keeping an eye and recording my own fiber intake. It "appears" due to carefully recording my own intake that when I see yours it seems a wee bit lacking.

Congrats to you for carefully keeping an eye on and recording your own fiber intake. I would take your suggestion and track my fiber if I was able to change my settings. I would do so because I'm curious to see how much fiber I am consuming and to prove that you don't know what you are talking about.

@Adamevegod, No problem. I was finally able to adjust my settings. I will be tracking fiber now and I have been looking back at my past fiber history. You are correct about me not consuming 35-45 grams of fiber daily. I appreciate your concern, helpfulness and compliments. I welcome discussion about fiber. I asked a question about fiber in the Community Blog some time ago. I think it’s worth discussing more. I invite you to join the discussion.
