I'm really getting into iF after reading the obesity code on your recommendation, I'm now reading the guide to if.
It really isa whole different way of looking at food and eating.. I keep gradually moving my set point down for the first time in years!👍👍

Last Saturday we went for the food tasting for July's big day. It was a private dining room, a manager and a waitress catering to our needs and a superb meal. We had chosen two each starters, mains and desserts. They served us one of each and we tried each others choices and also our own. They served it with four bottles of red, four of white, two bottles of Prosecco and a bottle of Champagne. By the time we had made our selection of wines I was ready for an afternoon nap! Luckily we always take the bus into Edinburgh (it's convenient, comfortable, stress-less, free, and you don't have to park it).
