I have not lost weight in 2 week :(. I am so disappointed.
200.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Why disappointed? Have you been tracking your food elsewhere? Looks like you haven't been doing it here. If you've been diligent about your intake & getting enough activity to create a calorie deficit, maybe I could understand being disappointed...but not really, because knowing you've done those things should make you feel proud you're taking care of your body regardless of what the scale says. So it still doesn't make sense. If there is something you can do better, be honest with yourself about that & correct it. If you're doing what you should be, then see the value in that & don't let the scale bring you down. Hang in there.
