Had a pretty crappy day yesterday... ready to re-commit today and make it through one more week of hcg, then maintenance. Pretty excited that I will meet my goal, before we go to St. George April 1st. This has definitely been harder this time. Its so different doing this with someone else in your life, but this is good, because this is a challenge I need to overcome. Besides I think its good for Jimmy to know that I am who I am and this is a constant battle for me. I am pretty proud of myself. 15 pounds in 14 days is pretty dang good. I am 12 pounds from where I was last year and I know I will be able to knock those out. What would be awesome is to actually be down and extra 10 by the time we go.

Starting the Fitness Challenge at work today. I think that will be a good focus and continuation for the next month. My goal for that is to actually make an effort and finish the challenge. Although I finished the last one, I usually start them and give up a couple of weeks into it.
252.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good luck to you. Yes,you can do this. Crappy days are just that crappy days. We learn from them and move on....Better days to come await for you!
