I have been trying to drink water prior to everything I eat. The first day I did this I thought I was going to be sick, because I felt stuffed. I have learned not to consume as much food. No two X four for this thick headed Jack Ass!
501.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 251.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
