1. Hey! Guess what day it is??? Hump Day!!!
2. Too many carbs yesterday. I will make adjustments today.
3. Weight went up a pound today. :-(
4. My blood sugar was 110 mg/dL this morning.
5. Blood pressure was 131/88 @ 86 bpm.
6. Keto reading was a 42 this morning. This means, I managed to stay in Ketosis.
7. "Have a nice day!" --???
357.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 107.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
