So today I spent a lot of time making chicken stock for all the soups I plan on making for my diet.

Finished making a batch of butternut, sweet potato and carrot soup so that's 7 meals down. Now I want to do a filling chicken soup for some protein and variety.

Okay scale. I'm ready to battle.
