I had several social events this week and I didn't handle them very well. Getting back into the swing after my cruise was harder than I anticipated. I did lose some, but I believe it was fluid retention. I'm back at it again today. I'm not complaining just struggling.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
