I am not sure what is going on with my body but it seems I just keep gaining weight no matter what I do. Getting really frustrated but NOT GIVING UP !!!!
196.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
