So on GP orders on the 5:2 diet lost alb in 2 weeks so far. my plan is also to get back to the gym and on the treadmill with the run a marathon in May challenge. 26 miles over a month. I already either cycle or walk between 45 & 60 miles a month with my commute to work. Lets hope for the best.
