Day 5 and doing well...better than expected. What I have learned (knew....but didn't didn't do it before). It is so important to keep track of EVERYTHING that I eat. Before I started, I was eating a lot more than I had thought. I think I was hitting my caloric intake for the day before dinner! UGH! It is so important to keep track of everything you consume. Trying to take in more protein....too many carbs.....but still losing weight at a fast rate....I'm sure this will slow down soon. Off for a walk!
