Happy Saturday! Cliff left early to go train the Weimaraners with his NAVHDA buddies. I had a rough night--better than most but I woke up exhausted. I was in a fog when Cliff drove out of the yard. Since then I have had a Fatty Coffee (Coffee, coconut oil, butter, heavy cream, and stevia whipped together). Then mid-morning I felt hungry and rather than fall into trouble I made myself an omelet--2 Farm Eggs, Tiny bit of leftover burger, a bit of a piece of bacon, tiny bit of cheese, 2 Tbsp Sour Cream and a tiny bit of salsa. Then I sprinkled it with crushed red pepper flakes. It was delish. BTW--smaller plate in the photo.

Right now we are not raising them. We will soon. Our huge farmhouse remodel is a lot for folks as engaged in our little business as we are, but once we get a bit more done I get the new chicken house. I want to build it. Nevertheless, we have a place to buy farm fresh eggs from some folks a couple miles from here. So, yes they are farm fresh but not some we raised. Soon....

Awesome! I have to rely on organic ones, but luckily the German "bio"-certificate (which means it's organic) is very strict and therefore quite good!
But one day I'll have my own chickens, that's for sure :d
