I'm looking forward to a time when people stop complimenting me on how much weight I've lost. I know that sounds odd, but it will mean that they don't think of me as grossly overweight anymore. When they forget that I used to be a size 26/28 or even 20/22 and just think of me as an ordinary size - at the moment 16/18 but I'm hoping for a 14/16.

I ate so much yesterday that although today is an eating day I don't think I can eat that much again. I'm having liver for lunch - probably with bacon - I may add some cauliflower or I may just stick with the liver. I'll have eggs with cheese (my 2 favourite meals in one day) this evening.

I've had 'real' coffee instead of instant this morning and now I feel I bit nauseous - no matter how I feel I should have the real stuff I think I just prefer instant. I'm a Philistine I know

LOL Do what works for you! If you prefer instant, drink instant. I get you on the whole weight lose compliment thing. It's nice but, yea, I just want to be a normal size instead of have trouble looking for cloths in "MY SIZE". :-)

It's my waist I need to reduce. I'm a 27 bmi which I'm okay with, but my waist is 40 inches - I'm nearly square - there's only 3 inches difference in my waist and hips. I certainly need to get my waist down - part of it is genetics - we're a square family lol.

LOL I look like I have a small waist but it's only because I'm big up top and have big hips. :-)

my boobs are shrinking as I lose weight. My sisters(3) took after our paternal grandma and I took after our Mom. I see the problems my sisters have and don't want that I just don't want to lose what I have lol.

Me neither - most of mine is back - very little 'up front' and I don't want to lose it either!
