Has been sick with this flu-like illness the past 2 wks & continues to have a dry hacky cough. No energy to exercise yet but will be starting again slowly. :(
130.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
