Hmmm... Interesting to see what I've really been eating. I thought my food choices were better than they actually were.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 January 2012:
1628 kcal Fat: 62.64g | Prot: 76.61g | Carb: 196.46g.   Breakfast: apricot preserves, Arby's potato cake, whole wheat bread, skim milk, egg, bacon. Lunch: Healthy Harvest Peach Medley Apple Sauce, fit&active double chocolate protein meal bars. Dinner: Grapes, Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Plus Penne Pasta (Barilla), Turkey Pepper Jack Sausage. Snacks/Other: Deluxe Churned Cherry Cordial Ice Cream - No Sugar Added, Lemonade Girl Scout cookie, Cinna-Swirl Drizzled Mini Crisps. more...
