Hi everyone,
Struggling to get back on plan after my Mom passed away Feb 20. I have been doing my workout 3x a week but my binge eating is not under control.

I would like to eat 400 calories, 3x per day with no snacking in between until I get the binging under control.

I hope everyone here has been good! :)
