I've been super busy!!! And it's good to practice self control. Where I used to eat the whole bag of Cheetos I now can have a little bit and be happy.

Well done! It's far better to incorporate our favorite "fun" foods (that might not be as nutritious) into our weeks rather than totally banning them....that's how you end up binging on them.

@ Lettygalor, I agree with you. Eating a portion of Cheetos is not the same crime as eating the whole bag. I think the mindset of people in maintenance is different than when we are in weight loss mode. Are you still looking to loose more weight until your status line turns Blue or have you just not gotten around to adjusting your goal weight to reflect your current goals?

No I'm not trying to lose any more weight. I'm pretty happy where I'm at. So yes I'm just trying to maintain weight.

I recently got my Zumba Toning certification so I actually added a couple of classes. I'm still teaching my group fitness classes and Zumba classes and now Zumba Toning classes! Life has been pretty busy.
