I am going to start journaling my gym trips to see what I feel like and try to find correlations with what I ate the night before.
I felt great today working out. I used the elliptical machine for cardio and just ended frustrated, I couldn't keep a rhythm so I never really got my heart rate to stabilize at 160. The weight training is going better than I could have hoped, I am already seeing results. Found a great site to help diversify my workouts http://www.exrx.net/Exercise.html
