Thursdays and Fridays are so much easier.....without the daycare kids. I feel like I get a full nights rest and it is easier to workout having good rest. I'm excited to be able to begin working out with Laurie on Tuesday and Friday nights, and think the encouragement will help both of us to reach our goals faster. So thankful for my hubby and his praise and help through everything!
