Chinese food!! I love it, but it's responsible for a 4# overnight weight gain (MSG and salt). I guess I'm really sensitive, and it'll take me several days to get the weight back where it was before I indulged!
229.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

I've found that the food on the chinese restaurant "light" menu is actually pretty good. I've gotten chicken with mixed veggies (steamed) and brown rice a few times. They can keep the sauce on the side and you just spoon it on yourself. I'm guessing that its not just my local restaurant that does this, or can do this, so it might be worth a shot next time you are thinking chinese food.

Chinese is my fave food, but I have not had it but once since on plan........too much sodium!!!!!!!!!
