Victoria Secret Long's Journal, 30 January 2012

I'm feeling good about the lifestyle change today. I did better today than I have since I started. Only 14.40 carbs today. And I drank more water today than I usually do.
I wanted chocolate so bad after dinner though. I didn't have any, but I could almost taste it.
Well I must go and walk Charlie. He's been waiting patiently for me.
