Came back too after some gains too. Even though I've lost TWELVE pounds in the last month and a half , Yeah proud of that! My first weigh in shows a 15 pound gain from my prior low on this site 4 years ago. Shining light on a dark place ...

Thank you for your support, and good luck. I know that the less I check in, the more weight I gain. I need to be more accountable.
