Woke up today and weighed in, just because I wanted to. Excited to see I was down 2 more pounds! Working today, I just need to get through it and stay focused. Will be checking in and jotting down how I'm doing....At least for the first couple days. I'm so glad I'm here.... :)
256.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 136.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
